At Red Moor School the aim of our Enrichment Curriculum is to enhance the current curricular offer and to allow student to experience subjects and clubs that they would not normally have access to. We aim to achieve this by giving students a vast choice of subjects, hobbies and vocations that they can choose from.
Students have the opportunity to choose an activity that sits outside of our core curriculum, this will encompass many different subjects and mediums and will allow children to improve their practical skills and also encourage them to engage in new activities and purse wider goals.
We will be utilizing the variety of skills that Red Moor staff have attained, to create engaging and creative lessons in order to improve the children’s social skills, confidence and resilience, allowing the children to complete the day participation in something that they have chosen.
